Job Description :
- Review development plans and determine priorities.
- Build/Create product guidance and marketing tools for the Sales Team.
- Approve and monitor sample requests from the Sales Team.
- Accompany Technical Sales during trials and prototyping.
- Review customer complaints related to technical issues.
- Control all activities in the Lab and be responsible for operational costs in the Lab.
- Create marketing and promotion plans for event purposes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree of – Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry
- Minimum 1 year experience as R&D in a company conducting research with coating
- Good communication skills, able to work in a team
- Willing to be placed in South Tangerang
